Quarterback development
Founded in 2003 by Coach Brad Frazier. Athletes from age eight through college and the professional level.
- Rotational power and arm strength
- Rhythm, timing, and footwork
- Leadership and decision-making

A 70-yard indoor field, a 5,000 square-foot performance floor, and a coaching staff that has put athletes into the NFL, MLB, and the Olympics. Open seven days a week, 6:30am to 11pm.
Most gyms sell you access to equipment. We built a training library — every exercise our coaches program, with the cues, the tempo, and the video. It is the reason a plan written here is the same plan whether you are on our floor or on the road.
This is a sample of 3,512. The full library — plus the 73-video quarterback series covering warmup, drops, and footwork — opens with any membership or program.
Get accessEach one runs on the same library, the same assessments, and the same app — so a quarterback doing speed work and a member doing general fitness are measured the same way.

Founded in 2003 by Coach Brad Frazier. Athletes from age eight through college and the professional level.

Founded in 2011 by Jonathan Johnson. Private and group training for athletes at every level of ability.

Full access to the weight room, the cardio floor, and the indoor field when it is not booked for games or rentals.

Adult indoor leagues on the 70-yard field, plus a speed and performance block built for soccer athletes.

Sport-specific physical therapy and recovery, on site, alongside the training floor rather than across town.

The same programming our in-house athletes get, written to your schedule and delivered through the app.
Between them, our coaches have worked with Super Bowl champions, NFL MVPs, World Series champions, collegiate All-Americans, and a rodeo world champion.
Began Old School Quarterbacks in 2003 and still leads it. Played quarterback at Howard Payne University, then Texas A&M. Earned nine letters across three sports in high school and won the 1979 state tennis championship. Coaches on the principle that quarterbacking is leadership and critical thinking before it is mechanics.
Fifteen years working with professional athletes across MMA, the NFL, MLB, boxing, and professional rodeo, and more than ten thousand middle school, high school, and collegiate athletes. Has presented on human performance at Nike World Headquarters and worked with the Houston Astros, Boston College men's basketball, and Liberty University.
Olympian. Founded Run Speed Performance in November 2011 on the principle that no athlete who wants to improve gets left behind — that desire and work beat talent without either. Builds development plans for athletes at every level of ability.
Sport-specific physical therapy, injury assessment, and recovery on site. Covers team training, performance training, general fitness, and travel bodywork for athletes who need care where they already train.
Every athlete here trains from a written plan and logs the work. Nothing is remembered by feel, and nothing lives on a clipboard that goes home with a coach.

Everything the Institute sells, in one place — membership, programs, camps, and remote coaching.
Memberships are quoted plus tax. Camp dates for Summer 2026 run June 9 through July 30. Rehab and recovery services are priced after assessment.
The Institute runs thirteen standard assessments. Your coach assigns them; the results sit against your training history rather than in a separate spreadsheet.
